Functionality

To archive emails from Microsoft Outlook installations, MailStore Client - a Windows tool - must be installed on the corresponding user computers. The client passes the emails to the central MailStore Server archive. Alternatively, PST files can be archived centrally.

Archiving All Incoming and Outgoing Emails Automatically

By using the Mailstore Proxy Server all incoming and outgoing emails can be archived automatically even if no separate email server, such as Microsoft Exchange Server, is on hand. The MailStore Proxy Server is available to all MailStore Server customers free of charge.
